Wine & Whine

Over the weekend I attended the Manitou Colorado Wine Festival. It was a beautiful day in Manitou Springs, Colorado filled with wine, sun, conversations, food and fun. I cannot think of a better way to enjoy a Saturday, accept for the fact that I was a waste for the rest of the day after that. All in all, totally worth it.

Fried Day

It is the end of the week and I am fried! I am determined to get organized this weekend, and start a new schedule next week complete with writing goals, more time outside, and getting the house in shape. Ambitious, I know, but spring cleaning is a good thing physically and mentally.

Committed

In my effort to write something each day, I am thinking about commitments. Plus I just got married on April 4, 2008. I've got a new name, a new haircut, and new beginning. I had a great experience at the Pikes Peak Writers Conference www.pikespeakwriters.com and a renewed commitment to finishing some of my creative projects this year. Stay tuned for updates on my fiction, samples, and photographs.
